Discuss EligibilityWe want every family to understand the process before reserving a puppy. Please review the following details and contact us whenever you need clarification.
A non-refundable deposit of $1,000–$2,000 is required, depending on the puppy's total purchase price. The deposit is credited toward the agreed purchase price.
We accept deposits only after the Sales Agreement has been signed and the puppies are approximately 2–3 weeks old. This gives us time to observe their early growth and development before accepting payment.
The remaining balance is due when you collect your puppy. For arranged shipping, the balance must be paid at least five days before the scheduled shipping date. Transportation costs are additional.
Our standard placements are offered at pet pricing. Full AKC registration with breeding rights is considered on a case-by-case basis and is not automatically granted.
Applicants may be asked to arrange a FaceTime call, provide veterinary information, and answer additional questions as part of our review process.
Approved breeding-rights families are expected to make a lifelong commitment to their Frenchie. For limited AKC pet placements, a spay/neuter agreement will apply. All applicable requirements will be outlined in writing.
If personal circumstances prevent you from collecting your puppy on the agreed pickup date, we may be able to arrange an extended stay with us.
Extended boarding is subject to our agreement and availability; it is separate from transportation delays.
We consider ourselves responsible for the puppies we raise and encourage every family to prepare for their puppy's lifelong needs.
All adoptions require a signed Sales Agreement. We also strongly recommend pet insurance to help prepare for unexpected veterinary expenses.
Please reach out with questions before, during, or after the adoption process. We want you to feel informed and supported every step of the way.
Welcoming a puppy is a big moment. We work to make the experience personal, transparent, and as comfortable as possible for both you and your new companion.
After your puppy has been reserved, the agreement signed, and the deposit received, we send daily photos and videos until pickup. We want you to enjoy watching your puppy grow without feeling hesitant about asking us for updates.
We can help coordinate travel through a flight nanny or you may arrange your own transportation. If you choose our recommendation, we can share the travel dates, contact details, puppy's weight, and airport information with the provider.
Where agreed with the provider, a group chat can help everyone stay informed. Updates and photos can be shared during the journey and at handover. Transport arrangements and charges are handled separately.
Our puppies come with a one-year genetic health guarantee, subject to the written terms of our Sales Agreement, along with lifetime breeder support.
We recommend pet insurance and encourage families to maintain regular veterinary care as their puppy grows and develops.
We want your puppy's transition into your home to be as reassuring as possible. The following items and records will be provided as applicable to your puppy and the agreed placement.
Specific records and care provided will be documented for your puppy. We encourage you to schedule a veterinary appointment after bringing your new family member home.
